It was February of 2011 as I laid in a hospital gurney unable to feel anything below my chest, having nearly died the night before, when the most overwhelming emotions of fear, anxiety and hopelessness came over me. Would I ever walk again? Would I ever run with my children? How was I going to earn money and provide for my family? And so much more... I had taken a prescribed drug, that had had a horrific side affect, nearly killing me, and leaving me without any feeling below my chest.I understand all too well the drak and deep despair that comes over people through no fault of their own. We dig into the ARCOS data, which tracks each and every opioid pill in America, to find out who the Top 10 worst pharmacies in the country were for pills per person per year and further examined the data to determine if any Wyoming pharmacies made the top 100 in the country. Find out what counties and states made the top 10 list, whether they might be in your community, and whether Wyoming, the least populous state in the country, had any pharmacies that broke the top 100 list for opioid pills dispensed per person per year from 2006-2012.
