Major Nationwide Class Action Filed Against China for Coronavirus

On April 8th, the first of its kind nation-wide class action was filed in the Central District of California seeking class certification on behalf of each and every small business in the nation for damages stemming from the coronavirus.  The defendant is China, and the action seeks $8 trillion in damages.  We detail the novel lawsuit here.
