After a 2016 Court Ruling that washed the Consumer Protection Safety Commissions regulations away with respect to rare-earth metal magnetic balls, the industry began pumping these dangerous items back into the American market. Since then well over a thousand children have been reported as having ingested the magnetic balls causing absolute havoc to their intestines and triggering a medical emergency.
